Hi! Thank you so much for shopping with us. We so appreciate your business. If you received something and are not fully happy, please read below to find out what to do! We want to do everything possible to ensure our customers happiness.

- We only issue store credit or exchange.

-All returns must be sent back to Rowdy Soul within 30 days. Please send all items to 113 Cumberland View Drive, Oak Ridge, TN 37830

-Items must be unwashed, unworn, and tags must be attached.

Items that can not be returned are as follows:

  • Accessories (hats, earrings, necklaces, jewelry)
  • Delicates (bodysuits, swimming suits, lounge wear, leggings)
  • Graphic tees (available for size exchange)

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive and item and it is damaged please contact us at info@shoprowdysoul within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include a picture of the damaged item and we will fix the problem as quickly as possible. 

Exchanges:

  • We are more than happy to do our best to exchange sizes or issue store credit. However, we will not hold items any longer than 15 days after the items are delivered. 

Holiday Return Policy:

  • Anything bought in the months of November and December have until January 31st to be returned for exchange or store credit
